Hourly Rate

£70 per one-hour session for therapy or coaching, unless otherwise agreed between us. Alternatively, you can book a block of 6 sessions for £360. Payments should be made prior to the appointment or within 48 hours of the scheduled session. Please note that additional fees, such as transaction costs (e.g., international bank fees), may apply and will be added to the final amount as necessary.

Cancellation

Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend a scheduled appointment, will result in the full session fee being charged.

Confidentiality

All communication within therapy sessions is confidential, with a few exceptions. I am required by law to disclose information if it is demanded by the courts. Additionally, if there is a serious risk of harm to you or another person, I may need to break confidentiality. In cases where an NHS professional requires information to provide you with proper care, I am permitted to share relevant details. As part of my commitment to professional standards, I may also refer to aspects of our conversation during clinical supervision, which is a requirement for registered therapists. However, in such cases, your name or any identifying information will not be disclosed.

Guarantees

Therapy is a process influenced by numerous factors, and while positive outcomes are common, results vary between individuals. For this reason, I cannot guarantee success. Additionally, I do not provide medical advice or diagnosis. It is your responsibility to consult with your GP or other healthcare professionals for any medical concerns and before making any changes to your treatment.

Drugs & Alcohol

Please do not attend sessions under the influence of recreational drugs or alcohol, as these can numb or alter emotions and reduce the effectiveness of therapy.

Contact between sessions

To maintain appropriate therapeutic boundaries, contact between sessions will be limited to arrangements for session dates and times unless otherwise agreed between us.
