My journey into the field of therapy has been shaped by both my professional background and personal experiences, giving me a unique perspective that blends expertise with deep empathy.

Before becoming a therapist I spent many years in the corporate world. After having my children, I felt a strong pull to shift my focus toward something meaningful and in 2012 I co-founded Motivate Change Live. What started as an online fitness and nutrition brand grew to a global online community dedicated to holistic well being. Through this platform I mentored hundreds of clients around the world, supporting them with their goals for a healthier, happier, more balanced life.
As I worked with others, I became increasingly drawn to the connection between the body and mind. The pandemic in 2020 was a pivotal moment in my life, bringing my own healing journey into focus and deepening my understanding of the challenges we all face. This experience reinforced my commitment to helping others navigate their struggles, heal from past trauma, and create meaningful change in their lives.
This passion led me to pursue formal training in psychology and therapy. For three years I trained under acclaimed psychotherapist Alex Howard, developing the skills to support others in profound and transformative ways. I use an integrative approach, blending evidence-based techniques like EFT, NLP, and mindfulness to help you break free from limiting patterns, release stored trauma, and cultivate self-awareness.
Today, my aim for the Soul Space is that you feel heard, held and supported. A nurturing space where you can reconnect with your self. Together, we’ll not only address the challenges of the past but also work toward building the vibrant, aligned future you deserve.

As a Member of the British Institute of Hypnotherapy & NLP (BIH) I adhere to the highest standards of professionalism. This includes regular clinical supervision and ongoing professional development to ensure my therapy is safe, effective and grounded in the latest knowledge and techniques.

NLP, or Neuro-Linguistic Programming, stands for Neuro (the brain), Linguistic (language), and Programming (how we function). It is essentially the language of the mind - a powerful model for understanding how our thoughts, emotions, and behaviours are connected. NLP provides practical tools to help reframe negative patterns, improve the way we think and feel, and create positive change in our lives.

EFT, also known as 'tapping,' is sometimes described as 'emotional acupuncture without needles.' This innovative technique uses acupressure to relieve physical and emotional pain by tapping on key meridian points. EFT is a gentle yet powerful method that helps shift feelings, thoughts, and energy, often achieving results where other approaches have not.
When used on its own or integrated with other modalities such as NLP or traditional talk therapy, EFT can accelerate the healing process and deliver profound, lasting change.
